Court Commissioner Alberta Chew, Solano County, CA plays favoratism with who wins cases. She favors batterer/drug addicts like Wayne Kohler, and she is unphased by attorneys who fraud documents, such as Dan Russo, attorneys who charge mysterious fees such as Robert Bernstein who I paid to have a hearing that never occurred but did not receive my money back...
Alberta Chew favors her old boss, McPherson, who can't get his facts straight in his court pleadings.
The community has formally complained about Commissioner Chew who is protected by the judges of Solano, including Scott Kays, presiding judge who ignores domestic violence and other glaring problems also. These legal people refuse to admit their mistakes and favoritism and prefer to criminalize innocent victims of domestic violence.
The is a system of bias, perjury, fraud, unlawlessness by the judges and court commissioners and attorneys who should be in prison for the felonies they commit against innocent court litigants. California has a 3 strikes law, and the judges and others in the legal fraternity should be held under this same law as the rest of the general public is.

Judges: Marilee Lewis & Theo Bedard, Dallas County Courts, Dallas Texas.

Two whores that do not deserve to be citizens of the United States.

Gave custody of my two sons to an adulteress mother whom:

In 1993, stabbed her 13 year old son (First marriage) in the arm with a knife because she was high on pot & booze, lost custody of that boy and son # 2 (6 at the time) because of this altercation.

Ran off with my two sons (ages 1 1/2 & 3 1/2 in late 1997) and started shacking up with a 12 time felon in Dallas.

Contacted HIV and Hepatitus C during the time of divorce hearings due to drug use and her whorish lifestyle.

Received a DUI in late 1999

Judges Marilee Lewis & Theo Bedard claim that by leaving my sons with this idiot that it is "in the best interest of the children".

ONE of the attorneys that I had hired, Joseph R. Powell deserves dumb ass of the year award. He screwed me for $4,000 + dollars to represent me in a "Custody Hearing".

When we entered court, I had brough into court the Ex's long time girlfriend that was ready to testify AGAINST the whore. The Atty allowed the judge to refuse hearing any testimony from the long time friend.

The Atty then put ME on the stand and proceeded with the following questions, now mind you, I am renting a room in Nashville in a 3200 Square Foot, 5 Bathroom house at the time with an open option to bring my sons "home" as soon as I get them, an excellent job, whereas the whore and the convict as slumming in a crackhead trailer park:

Q:Do you own a vehicle?
A:Yes

Q:What kind of vehicle?
A:1993 Ford custom van

Q:Can you live in this vehicle?
A: ???? Judge, I need a minute to speak to my "attorney"....

..... and next we are going to try to get you to go to "Anger Management classes".....

I have one question I need answered by someone who may know . Is J.Harvie
Wilkinson still the "CHIEF" judge of the 4th Circuit ? I just read an article about the government and a terroism case where the Chief JUDGE was William Wilkins. Did ole J.Harvie change his name ?

THEY CHANGE EVERY FEW YEARS AND THERE IS NOW THE NEW GUY IN HIS PLACE, BUT OF COURSE, HE IS STILL THE SAME CROOK. FOLKS, IF HIS NAME GOES UP TO THE SUPREMES, WE MUST GET MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF PEOPLE PROTESTING. GET YOUR 372'S READY AND MAKE SURE ALL ARE SENT TO CONGRESS AND TO THE JUSTICE COMMITTEE IN CHARGE. (I hear O'Conner is going. That's one down maybe. IF J.Harvie Wilkinson is nominated I personally want to TESTIFY before the Senate Judiciary. I will contact Senator Levin and Senator Stabanow to get on the list. When J.Harvie made the decision to uphold the 4th circuit judges against me in my case he in fact supported the labor racketeers I was suing . Then to have him on the Supreme Court would be a punishment for me and my family again, undeservingly. The corrupt judges must go before Justice can be in this country.

for supposedly missing a Court deadline...Years ago he agreed with me
that the Bar was an Monopoly...His name is Walter Green lll...His Dad
and brother are both Medical Doctors in the community....The Bar was

I live in Harnett county North Carolina and feel that we have the most of the 'baddest' in our area. Not only are they redneck good 'ole boys, but they do not care about the welfare of a child. Albert Corbett is the judge here that should be hung up by his heels and lawyers, Bo Jones, Vernon Stewart, and Charlene Edwards have a special seat reserved in hell for the bogus job they did to save their faces for political reasons. Anyone planning to visit NC, please do not consider this county.

The local Fremont County Colorado Child Protection Services has been destroying my learning disabled daughter and her child for ALL of a year. They have been building UP to this crescendo for much MUCH longer. NOW, they have:
a) caused my 8 yr old grand daughter to spend 6 mo in foster care to justify LIES that a social worker told a judge, and that the "club" (the local "family court") sustained in order to justify the MONEY they made on my grand daughters back.
b) the court appointed atty, the judge, the lawyers (aka Guardian Ad Litems) the county atty, the social workers, are ALL a huge concerted club, intent on justifying their HUGE paychecks by claiming "intervention and remedy" in the Dependency and Neglect actions they take. (which are so numerous, they have a full day every week PACKED with cases just like ours, in a town of only 15,000 total pop.)

c) Because of the dishonest things they have done and said, in and out of court, my daughter and her Family Rights Advocate filed a civil rights case in Fed court, naming them ALL as defendants.
d) the FEDERAL JUDGE denied the collaboration of my daughter and her advocate, stating that the power of attorney, under which the advocate was helping, is invalid in his court. DESPITE the fact that this power of attorney is taken directly from the State Statutes, word for word, and the construction notes in that statute specifically state that litigating in the interest of a principal with a claim is a LEGAL ACTION under the agency of Power of attorney. HIS boss, the US District Court for Colorado District Judge, upheld that denial.
e) I filed a motion to join the case as my daughter's "next friend" to help her plead her case, (she can't afford an atty, and no one will accept the case on contingency, they won't fight against their own) The magistrate and the District Judge both denied ME. In fact, they both threatened me with Unlicensed Practice of Law if I continued to help her write pleadings. She has about an 85 IQ, and is a skilled person, but not academically capable or articulate enough to even state her case effectively, much less argue points of law, and interpretations. I asked ON THE RECORD in US District Court, "So am I to understand, your Honor, that if a plaintiff is inable to articulate their own claims, may not even fully understand exactly HOW they have been deprived, and if this plaintiff cannot afford counsel, then effectively, this person HAS no civil Rights???" He said, "She can hire counsel". I said, "With what MONEY, your HONOR???" He said, "That is her choice". And he then ordered me to sit down.
The criminals here in Fremont County, CO are actively stealing kids daily, based on lies, coercion, intimidation, and a huge bias against low income, uneducated parents. It is a pervasive belief that the system can better "place" and "educate" your children than you can.. and they are agressively working to relocate those kids that they deem to be "disadvantaged".
